We work closely with each child’s school in order to provide individual support during every placement. This includes making sure that the things that work in school are replicated at Education Plus.

Our partnership starts as soon as we receive the referral from school requesting a placement. Following this, an initial meeting involving school, parents/carers, Education Plus, and any other agencies involved is arranged, to highlight current intervention strategies, explore all available support, and discuss outcomes for the placement.
