We work closely with each child’s school to provide tailored support throughout every placement, ensuring that strategies and approaches that work in school are effectively replicated at Education Plus.

Our partnership begins as soon as a referral is received from the school. We then arrange an initial meeting involving the school, parents/carers, Education Plus, and any other relevant agencies. This meeting allows us to review current intervention strategies, explore all available support, and set clear goals for the placement.
