Our senior leadership team comprises our three directors and head of site. Together these staff have vast experience and expertise in alternative provision. This includes curriculum planning; managing challenging behaviour; building successful teams; identifying strengths and areas for development; and action planning.
All of our leadership team have previously been senior leaders in schools or organisations. We have staffing expertise in alternative provision, including two members of staff who are specialist leaders in education. This gives us the opportunity to create a bespoke consultancy offer to schools and individuals.
