Our annual placements offer the best value for money and also provide the flexibility for schools to refer multiple students across the course of an academic year. For local authorities they also provide the opportunity to guarantee placements by block booking certain numbers. Our bespoke placements can be designed to support schools and LA's address a range emerging needs. This may be to provide respite; reengage a particular student in education; begin an EHCP assessment process; to increase capacity or for any other reason.

Our senior leadership team comprises our 3 directors and head of site. Together these staff have vast experience and expertise in alternative provision. This includes curriculum planning; managing challenging behaviour; building successful teams; identifying strengths and areas for development; and action planning. In addition our leadership team have all been senior leaders in schools or organisations. We have staffing expertise in alternative provision, including two members of staff who are specialist leaders in education. This gives us the opportunity to create a bespoke consultancy offer to schools and individuals.

Our senior leadership team collectively have over 40 years experience in education. During this time we have been inspected numerous times by Ofsted, local authorities, and individual schools. We have a proven track record of success at a whole school level for those areas we have been directly responsible for. We work closely with a qualified and practising Ofsted inspector to keep up to date with current inspection trends and to benchmark our own performance. We are fully equipped with the skills and personnel to support your organisation with an external independent inspection. In addition, we have the capacity to help quality assure your current provision and support development areas.
