A Positive End to the Term with a Day by the Coast

To round off a successful term, students from Meadowfield enjoyed a well-earned trip to South Shields Beach. The day was full of classic seaside fun – from walks along the sand and competitive arcade games to shared laughs and plenty of fresh air. Some were even daft (or brave!) enough to get in the sea!

These kinds of experiences are a valuable part of what we offer. They help students build social confidence, try new things, and enjoy positive time with peers and staff outside of the classroom. They also give us a chance to celebrate how far each young person has come over the term.

It was a brilliant way to finish the term – and we’re already looking forward to the next one.
