Students From Nurture Provision Helping Restore Nature: Tree Planting at Bradley Opencast
Our nurture provision students had an amazing time planting trees at Bradley Opencast in Leadgate, a former mine site now being restored into a thriving forest. As part of a wider regeneration and rewilding project, they contributed to planting 5,000 saplings alongside other schools and community groups. A fantastic experience connecting with nature and making a lasting impact on the environment!
