Prior to joining Education Plus NE, I spent three years working with the charity organisation ParkPlay, where I helped to launch more than 60 free community events across the country. Before this, I spent 10 years at Bishop Auckland College, beginning my career as a Sports Facilitator before progressing to Sports Lecturer. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of students across different courses, supporting their development and helping them to achieve their goals.
