My name is Vickie. I am a mother of five and have spent 15 years as a carer for my disabled son. Alongside this, I have gained experience working in nurseries. After completing my Level 2 qualifications in Teaching and Supporting in Schools, I decided to focus on working with older children, where I feel my strengths lie. I hold qualifications in supporting children with specific needs, managing behaviour, and understanding autism, and I am currently working towards a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification as well as Level 3 in Working with SEN.
